If you are unhappy with your purchase due to manufactured damage or you feel item was not as described based on style or fit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.  We do not want any customer feeling stuck with a pair of jeans,a hoodie, shoes, top, etc. from us that was unsatisfactory.  Again, PLEASE let us know ASAP if you need assistance with a return.   We will work with you to keep those happy thoughts regarding your personal SuzeQue Clothing shopping experience!

(shipping back in original packaging securely taped shut is easiest. USPS offers free shipping packaging at any of their locations)

*Exchange/return items must be received by us within 10 days of delivered date and in

NEW with tags condition (no stains or smells, smoke, pet hair, perfume etc)  

*when item is received back in NEW condition, we will contact you and issue a full refund or exchange at your request.
